Ex-Customs, BIR chief Guillermo Parayno Jr., 75

FORMER Bureau of Customs and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) chairman Guillermo Parayno Jr. has died, according to the Philippine Veterans Bank and the BoC. He was 75.

Parayno, a graduate of the Philippine Military Academy class of 1970, became an officer in the Philippine Coast Guard, later serving as its assistant chief of staff of Plans and Programs.
