Bulacan asks Congress to help solve flooding

BULACAN Gov. Daniel Fernando and Vice Gov. Alexis Castro appealed to lawmakers on Monday, July 31, to help address the perennial flooding problems in the province during a meeting at the House of Representatives.

Fernando and Castro went to Congress to attend a committee hearing on bills that will address the flooding situation in the province.
