AT least 100 families belonging to Indigenous peoples (IPs) were displaced by an armed conflict in a remote village in Talayan, Maguindanao del Sur, an official said Tuesday, August 1.
Interior Minister Naguib Sinarimbo of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) said the Bangsamoro Rapid Emergency Action on Disaster Incidence relief teams were sent to Marader village, Talayan on Monday, July 31, to help the displaced families.
