Floods in Manila streets subside

THE Manila Public Information Office (MPIO) on Thursday said that floods in parts of the city have subsided.

The MPIO said operatives of the Department of Engineering and Public Works (DEPW) Highway Division, conducted recementing and declogging operations for better water flow during the rainy season.
