TO explore research collaboration and student mobility, the Nueva Ecija-based Central Luzon State University (CLSU) held a partnership meeting with the Universiti of Putra Malaysia (UPM), which also included the hiring of faculty as adjunct professors.

Through the College of Fisheries (CF), Dr. Evaristo Abella, CLSU vice president for administration and officer-in-charge of the office of the university president, led the meeting and welcomed UPM delegates at the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (OVPAA) Conference Hall on July 27, 2023.
