THE Ministry of Education (MOE) of Taiwan and the International Development and Cooperation Fund (Taiwan ICDF) have selected outstanding Filipino students as scholars to study in Taiwan starting Sept. 1, 2023.

Eighteen students have been awarded the MOE scholarship, seven for the ICDF and 45 for the Huayu (Mandarin) Enrichment Scholarship. The 70 Filipino students and professionals were handed their scholarship certificates by the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) on Friday, July 28, in ceremonies held at the Hexagon Lounge of RCBC Plaza in Makati City.
