BACOOR CITY, Cavite: The yes vote prevailed in the plebiscite held in Bacoor on Saturday, July 29, 2023.
The Commission on Elections said 90.44 percent of those who participated or 29,286 approved the merging of villages in this city. Only 2,994 voted no.
