PADRE GARCIA, Batangas: Mayor Celsa Rivera of this town led the inauguration of the municipal building on Saturday, July 29, attended by national leaders who helped in its completion, including Senators Ana Theresia "Risa" Hontiveros and Joseph Victor "JV" Ejercito, former senator and now Batangas Sixth District Rep. Ralph Recto, Vice Gov. Mark Leviste and Batangas Fourth District Rep. Lianda Bolilia.
In an interview, Rivera said the municipal building costs P160 million, with fund assistance from the office of Senators Hontiveros and Leila de Lima.
