The Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE) and Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) have entered into a memorandum of agreement (MoA) to provide emergency employment and support to displaced informal sector workers in Metro Manila through the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers Program (Tupad). The Tupad beneficiaries were identified by the MMDA for its flood control measure program and the Brigada Eskwela implementation in public schools in Metro Manila.
