DAGUPAN CITY: All 31 villages of this coastal city are now under water, the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) reported on Saturday. As of 1:30 p.m. on July 29, nine of the city's road sections were not passable to light vehicles.
These were along the Tapuac Road section in front of the Dagupan City National High School, Zamora Street Extension, Pogo-Guilig Creek, Perez Boulevard, Carael-Calmay Road, MH Del Pilar Street, Welcome Rotonda, Post 1, and Herrero-Perez at the back of SM Dagupan.
