WITH increasing cyber threats worldwide, there is a need for professionals with both technical and managerial skills. I talked to Philip Kwa, the academic program director of the Master in Cybersecurity program at AIM, and learned how the course is shaping future professionals.

Kwa underscored the program's unique value proposition, an 18-month curriculum that nurtures a harmonious balance of skills in its graduates. Embracing a hybrid learning model, the program accommodates busy schedules and travel commitments, offering flexible learning pathways. Practical insights, introduced through case methods and experience-based learning, comprise the course, underpinned by outcomes-based education, which underscores tangible results. The quality of the program is further validated by its AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) accreditation, as Kwa pointed out.
