DAGUPAN CITY: Due to severe flooding and the adverse impact of Super Typhoon "Egay" to this coastal city in Pangasinan, the Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP) approved a resolution in a special session on Friday, July 28, declaring a state of calamity in the city.
Several villages of this city have been underwater in the past few days due to the rains dumped by Egay.
