THE city government of Quezon City has launched a startup business plan competition among students aimed at cultivating entrepreneurial spirit among young people residing in the city.
Mayor Josefina "Joy" Belmonte said the program is open to all students of legal age residing in the city who are enrolled at any school, college or university across the country.
