TWO members of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) stationed at the port in Laguna Lake, near where a ferryboat sank on Thursday, killing at least 26 people, have been relieved.
The relief of the Coast Guard personnel came even as the Maritime Industry Authority (Marina) on Friday suspended the safety certificate of the ferry Princess Aya ahead of a full-blown inquiry.
