TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan: The Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) on Thursday, July 27, 2023, said 4,743 families had to leave their houses to escape flood waters brought by Super Typhoon "Egay."

A total of 15,255 people are currently sheltered in 736 evacuation facilities spread out in the province, the PDRRMC added.
