THE US Federal Reserve's decision to resume hiking interest rates will be considered but will not be the only factor on the table in next month's policy meeting, a Monetary Board official said on Thursday.
"The BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) is an inflation-targeting, data-driven central bank and we will consider all factors in preparing for our next policy meeting," Monetary Board member Bruce Tolentino told The Manila Times when asked to comment on the Fed move.
