Rain or Shine guns for another victory on Friday, July 28, to officially close its PBA On Tour campaign at second place when it takes on Meralco in the penultimate playdate of the preseason series at the Ynares Arena in Pasig City.

The Elasto Painters tote an 8-2 record heading to their 5 p.m. encounter with the Bolts.
