BACOLOD CITY: Negros Occidental Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with 1,141 incoming grantees of the Negros Occidental Scholarship Program at the L' Fisher Hotel in Bacolod City on Tuesday.

Lacson said that the MoA signing with the scholars was "a big step toward the goal of making education accessible, especially to the less privileged but deserving Negrense students."
