BACOLOD CITY: Heavy rains and flood waters forced the provincial government of Negros Occidental and at least three local government units to suspend work in government offices on Tuesday, July 25.
Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson suspended work at the Provincial Capitol effective 12 noon due to inclement weather caused by the Tropical Storm "Egay."
