Economy seen cooling but target still to be hit

SUSTAINING growth remains a challenge but this year's target will still be achieved, economic managers said on Tuesday.

'The challenge for this economy ... is to sustain growth over the medium term and over the term to achieve economic and social transformation,' Socioeconomic Planning Secretary Arsenio Balisacan said during a post-State of the National Address economic briefing.
