More Wagner troops arrive in Belarus – monitoring group

TALLINN, Estonia: Thousands of Wagner mercenaries have arrived in Belarus since the Russia-linked group's short-lived rebellion late last month, a military monitoring group said on Monday.

Between 3,450 and 3,650 soldiers have traveled to a camp close to Asipovichy, a town 230 kilometers (140 miles) north of the Ukrainian border, said Belaruski Hajun, an activist group that tracks troop movements within the country.
