Black Sea security at risk after Russian attack – Romanian leader

BUCHAREST: Romania's President Klaus Iohannis warned on Monday that security in the Black Sea was at risk after Russia hit Ukrainian port infrastructure on the Danube River at the border with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) member.

Amateur footage posted by a Romanian on social media showed an explosion just across the Danube as drones appeared to hit the Ukrainian port town of Reni on the river.
