Calamba mayor delivers first SOCA

CALAMBA CITY, Laguna: Mayor Roseller 'Ross' Rizal cited the efforts of the city government which he said changed the face of leadership, administration, and public service in his first State of the City Address (SOCA).

He reported the progress of various programs and projects in his political agenda tagged as 'Ramdam na Reporma' in the areas of Kalinga, Kabuhayan, Kalusugan, Katapatan, Kasaganahan, and Inklusibong Kaunlaran.
