Marcos right in prioritizing health in SONA — Herbosa

HEALTH Secretary Teodoro Herbosa said that President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. was right in giving importance to health in his second State of the Nation Address on Monday.

In an interview over state-run PTV-4, Herbosa said that the mention of increasing and taking care of health human resources is an important facet of his speech.
