PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s second State of the Nation Address (SONA) earned praise from some members of his Cabinet, who said the Chief Executive's "progress report" was proof that it is indeed the dawn of the "new Philippines."
His second SONA delved on the administration's accomplishments in various areas such as the economy, infrastructure development, agriculture, peace and order, tourism, energy, Mindanao peace efforts and many others.
