Bataan prelate now bishop of Antipolo

BALANGA City, Bataan: The Catholic Diocese of Antipolo in the province of Rizal has a new prelate with the installation on Saturday, July 22, 2023 of former Bataan Bishop Ruperto Santos.

Santos, Bishop of the Diocese of Balanga for 13 years, was appointed by Pope Francis as 5th Bishop of Antipolo after the Holy Father accepted the retirement of Bishop Francisco de Leon who turned 75 years old.
