BAGUIO CITY: Real estate firm Casa Inifini claimed victory in its legal battle against the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Friday, two days after the Baguio City Prosecutor's Office dismissed cases filed against it.

In a 55-page resolution issued last July 19 affirmed by City Prosecutor Conrado Catral Jr., associate city prosecutor Arlene Valerie Cacho–Spadaro dismissed the complaint filed by SEC against its chief executive officer and 23 personnel who were arrested on June 10 for allegedly illegally selling securities.Cacho–Spadaro ruled that "evidence presented is insufficient to charge the respondents."
