Striking transport group stopped along Commonwealth

POLICE stopped transport group Manibela from holding its rally caravan along Tandang Sora, Commonwealth Avenue on Monday because it has no permit to rally and the disturbance has caused heavy traffic.

A supporter of the President also lay down in front of the caravan to stop the transport group, which further congested traffic, according to dzRH radio.
