Rallyists set fire to Marcos effigy

MILITANT groups rallying along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City burned President Ferdinand Marcos' effigy despite a warning by the Philippine National Police (PNP) that this won't be allowed on the day of the State Of the Nation Address, according to a video posted on the dzRH website.
