ISRAEL and the Philippines continue to enjoy "comfortable" bilateral relations one year into the Marcos presidency, Ambassador Ilan Fluss said.
Fluss said he was impressed with how President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. sustained the Philippines' "a friend to all, enemy to none" policy.
