LGUs told to brace for Tropical Storm Egay impact

THE Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) urged local government units to heighten their disaster preparedness efforts ahead of the onslaught of Severe Tropical Storm Egay.

Secretary Benjamin 'Benhur' Abalos Jr. reminded local chief executives (LCEs) to stay in their posts before, during, and after a typhoon hits to implement the 'Operation L!STO Protocols.'
