ORGANIZED labor expects President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to include in his State of the Nation Address (SONA) his administration's agenda for the labor sector, which, it hopes, will focus on job protection and ample job opportunities with decent wages.
The Trade Union Congress of the Philippines (TUCP), the country's biggest labor group, said that while it agrees with the President, more needs to be done to address the country's unemployment and underemployment problems.
