PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. arrived on Monday afternoon at the House of Representatives in Quezon City for his second State of the Nation Address (SONA).
The presidential helicopter carrying Marcos touched down at about 3:45 p.m. at the Batasan Complex.
