House lawmakers ready for opening of session

LAWMAKERS at the House of Representatives have started to gather at the plenary hall for the opening of the second regular session of the 19th Congress.

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. is scheduled to deliver his second State of the Nation Address (SONA) later on Monday before a joint session of Congress.
