Yellow up, yellow down

AS The Manila Times Lifestyle wrote in the paper's SONA Special section Monday, First Lady Louise "Liza" Araneta-Marcos is always unexpected and refreshing in all she does. Who would have ever pictured such a prominent member of the Marcoses wearing the color yellow?

Unexpectedly, refreshingly and just so naturally, this First Lady does so unaffectedly and without fanfare. Never one for frills, Araneta-Marcos' classic yellow terno, again by a favorite, Leslie Mobo, was resplendent nonetheless, both in its elegant simplicity and, more so, in its grace-filled intention--that of symbolizing President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s message of unity.
