Ateneo dean claims govt has failed to shore up agri supply

THE government has failed in pushing substantial reforms to ensure adequate supplies of farm goods despite President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s having taken charge of the Agriculture department, the dean of the Ateneo School of Government (ASoG) said.

Philip Arnold Tuaño noted that while Marcos had appointed credible economic managers to undertake economic stabilization measures, they also failed to address the issue of supply shortages.
