Retired tax court justice sworn in as JBC member

RETIRED associate justice of the Court of Tax Appeals (CTA) Erlinda Piñera Uy has been named as the new member of the Judicial and Bar Council (JBC), representing the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.

According to Malacañang, Justice Uy took her oath before Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin on Friday.
