GO Negosyo founder Jose Ma. 'Joey' Concepcion 3rd on Saturday stressed the importance of boosting the economy following President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s lifting of the state of public health emergency that had been declared due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Marcos on Friday issued Proclamation 297, lifting the nationwide declaration of a public health emergency but continuing all emergency use authorizations (EUAs) issued by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for another year to allow the utilization of all remaining vaccines in the country.
