The Department of Transportation on Sunday said that wearing face masks in public transport is no longer required after President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. lifted the Covid-19 state of public health emergency.
Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista said physical distancing protocols in public transportation have also been lifted, and all passenger vehicles can continue to operate at full capacity.
