Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina: The Bosnian Serb parliament on Thursday passed a law to again make defamation a criminal offense, in a move that the opposition and rights groups called a threat to free expression.
The passage of the law was just the latest in a string of inflammatory gestures backed by Bosnia's Serb leader Milorad Dodik, who has long campaigned for secession.
