NHCP issues guidelines for flag usage

(UPDATE) AS the fever for the Philippines' first game in the Women's World Cup begins on Friday, the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) has set out a list of guidelines for fans who will be using the country's flag while cheering for the women's national football team, popularly known as the Filipinas.

A full list of tips was posted on the NHCP Facebook page on Friday.
