MANILA Water is set to build a new 200 million liters per day (MLD) water treatment plant (WTP), which is expected to provide additional supply of potable water to Metro Manila's east zone.
Manila Water has inked a partnership deal with Acciona, PrimeBMD, and Santa Clara International, which form the consortium that will design and construct the facility.
