(UPDATE) AFTER issuing a public apology in regard to the "conflict of interest" issue, the Public Attorney's Office (PAO) has deleted all its social media posts on the matter as a gesture of reconciliation with the Supreme Court.
The move came after the high court ordered PAO Chief Persida Rueda-Acosta to explain why she should not be cited for indirect contempt over her "social media posts and newspaper publications" regarding a provision of the newly approved Code of Professional Responsibility and Accountability (CPRA) that deals with conflict of interest.
