REFORMING educational programs, including the upskilling and reskilling students, should be the focus if the Philippines is to embrace digitalization, the official of the International Labor Organization (ILO) said.
ILO Country Director for the Philippines Khalid Hassan on Thursday called on the government to concentrate on the education sector if the country plans to go fully digital because it entails a high level of training and education.
