THE Manila Times columnist, Ludwig Federigan, completed the Summer Sustainability, Climate & Environmental Education (Scene) Program at the University of Oxford (United Kingdom). He is the only Filipino among the 50 fellows selected from the Global South.

The Scene Program, administered by the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment at the University of Oxford, is a two-week fully funded low-carbon summer program that aims to guide and encourage professionals and practitioners from the Global South to engage with sustainability policy.
