Leyte mayor seeks fair media row probe

PASTRANA, Leyte: Mayor Marites Cayaco-Marcos said she expects a thorough and fair investigation by the leadership of the Philippine National Police (PNP) in Eastern Visayas of the July 15, 2023 incident involving three media persons and two police officers in her town.

Marcos also said she is hopeful of a factual and objective probe by the PNP in order that the real truth will come out on what really happened.
