PNP, Rotary hold bloodletting drive

THE Philippine National Police (PNP)-National Capital Region Training Center, in collaboration with four medical institutions and seven Rotary clubs, held a bloodletting event on Tuesday, July 18.

The blood donors consisted mainly of police student-trainees, personnel and career officers.
