PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. will embark on a state visit to Malaysia next week where he is looking "to identify new areas of synergy" between the two Southeast Asian countries.
In a pre-departure briefing in Malacañang, Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) spokesman Ambassador Teresita Daza said the Chief Executive is slated to meet with King Al-Sultan Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah and Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim during his trip to Kuala Lumpur from July 25 to 27.
