Builder in bad faith

Dear PAO,

I own the parcel of land where my house was built. I was working abroad, hence, I was not able to live in my house for a long period of time. But when I finally came home, I was surprised to see that there were encroachments made by my neighbor on my land. Although my neighbor was aware that a portion of his garage went way past our boundary line, he continued on to build the same. What are my rights on the portion of the garage that he built without my consent which encroached on my land?
