THE city government of Cavite has formally opened the newly renovated, state-of-the-art Montano Hall in Barangay Caridad on Tuesday.
The inauguration and ribbon-cutting ceremony were led by Cavite City Mayor Denver Chua and Vice Mayor Raleigh Rusit.
